Taxi 131-008 Limited uses Australia Post, whenever possible, for all its orders Australia wide. When delivery by Australia Post is not possible, a courier service will be used. We will ship any item in stock within 5 working days of receiving a completed fully paid online order. You should receive your order within 3-7 business days from this time. Areas outside metro cities may take longer. Out of stock items will be ordered immediately and shipped to you once we have received the item/s from our supplier/s. If there will be any extended delay outside our normal delivery schedule you will be notified. If for any reason we cannot fulfill your order you will be notified within 2-3 business days from the time the order is processed.

In these cases the customer is responsible for sending the item back to us with proof of purchase, the item cost (not including postage) can either be refunded to you or credited towards a replacement item. If the item is replaced we will cover the cost to have the replacement item shipped back to you. The item must be returned within 21 days in new condition, still in its original packaging. Once we have been notified via email and we have given you the details required, please just send the item back to our warehouse in Sydney and you will be given a credit for the purchase price (not including postage & handling) to be used online to purchase another more suitable item. Please note the condition of all returned items must meet management's standards for resale before credits or refunds will be issued.
